With more than 30 combined years of higher education experience at both large and small schools as well as public and private institutions, TK was founded by Dr. Jared Tippets and Dr. Eric Kirby to help colleges and universities, K-12 schools and districts, and businesses achieve their goals.  Our number one focus is to help organizations shift their thinking, refine their approach, and develop an overarching plan to achieve their goals.
