2 papers selected for the National Symposium on Student Retention
We received news today that we had 2 papers accepted for presentation at the 2017 National Symposium on Student Retention in Destin, Florida. This is the premier conference on student retention and completion in higher education. Our first paper that we will present on is entitled, "Shifting the Campus Culture: Moving from Transactional Academic Advising to Transformational Holistic Student Success Coaching." The second paper is entitled, "Improving Retention by Fostering Positive Identities Among Minority Students Through Situational Cues."
